Story

In a remote settlement near the Barents Sea, life persists despite harsh conditions and dwindling populations. This documentary follows several residents who have chosen to remain in their isolated town as others leave for opportunities elsewhere. Through their daily lives, we encounter individuals navigating personal challenges—from adjusting to changed circumstances to questioning their place in the world. Their stories reveal how people maintain resilience and independence in one of Earth's most unforgiving corners.
