Story

Directed by Sergei Loznitsa, this documentary follows the daily routines within a residential community situated in rural surroundings, dedicated to caring for individuals with mental health conditions. The film observes how residents engage in work and communal living arrangements, presenting a seemingly tranquil environment. Yet beneath this surface calm, an unsettling atmosphere gradually emerges, creating a tension between the apparent normalcy of their shared existence and an underlying sense of unease.
