Is the audio in English?
It depends on the title, and every card says which. On this page 12 were made in English, so the track is always there (marked "Original English"). Subtitles are never counted as audio.
I have a United States subscription — can I actually watch these in English?
Yes — all 12 are confirmed for United States on Plex. The title page names the platform and the audio tracks it reports, so you can check before starting.
Is the English catalogue on Plex United States the same as in India?

Which 2017 web series are streaming on Plex in United States?
12 titles released in 2017 are available on Plex in United States right now. The platform and audio languages are on each title page.
