Story

This documentary explores how mental health treatment is evolving beyond conventional psychiatric approaches. Directors Phil Borges and Kevin Tomlinson examine emerging perspectives from both medical professionals and individuals living with mental health conditions, focusing on recovery-oriented methods. Through personal stories and expert insights, the film presents alternative frameworks that view psychological challenges as potential catalysts for personal growth rather than purely medical problems requiring standard interventions.
