Story

Set in 2033, this series explores a world where people on the brink of death can transfer their consciousness into digital afterlife resorts managed by major tech companies. Nathan, a wealthy coder from Los Angeles, finds himself uploaded into Lakeview, one of these virtual worlds, after a car accident. There he meets Nora, a customer service representative working for the facility. Their unexpected connection forms the core of this blend of comedy, drama, and science fiction across four seasons.
