Where to watch Pirimze (2015)

Story

A documentary that traces the history of a Tbilisi building called Pirimze across several decades. The film uses the structure's evolution as a lens to explore Georgia's transformation from the Soviet era through independence. As the original building declined and was eventually replaced by a modern business centre, smaller workshops bearing its name emerged in the neighbourhood, preserving the skills and craftsmanship of workers who once laboured there. The film visits these scattered spaces to document the artisans who kept their trade alive.
