A magical tournament draws seven sorcerers into a deadly competition where each summons a legendary warrior to fight for supremacy. The prize is the Holy Grail, an artefact capable of granting wishes to the victor. Among them is Kiritsugu Emiya, a former assassin who enters the war with a different purpose—to prevent the Grail from falling into hands that could bring catastrophe to the world.
