Where to watch Rize (2005) in New Zealand

Story

This documentary explores two dance movements born in Los Angeles's economically disadvantaged neighbourhoods: Clowning and Krumping. Director David LaChapelle follows the dancers and crew leaders who developed these styles, documenting how the art forms provided community members with creative expression and purpose. The film traces the origins and evolution of these street-born dance cultures that emerged from neighbourhoods affected by violence and crime.
