Story

Troika follows Vika, a Ukrainian student navigating life in Toronto alongside a community of Eastern European immigrants—skaters, musicians, and tattoo artists. When conflict erupts in Eastern Ukraine, it reverberates through their lives, challenging their sense of home and identity. This hybrid work blends documentary and fictional elements to explore what belonging means for young people caught between worlds.
