Story
This animated short explores how human lives mirror the cycles of trees through visual metaphor. The film weaves together themes of existence, mortality, and the passage of time, while reflecting on relationships and parenthood. Using a labour-intensive paint-on-glass animation technique, the director creates a poetic meditation on life's continuity and the natural world around us.
