This documentary examines two parallel lives shaped by Auschwitz during World War II. While one family member spent his formative years in the commandant's residence at the camp, a fellow survivor was imprisoned there. Decades later, these two individuals and their respective children meet in an intimate setting to confront their inherited legacies and explore how history continues to affect their families.
