Where to watch The Blockade (2012)

Story

In 2009, students at a Zagreb university launched a sustained protest against the commercialisation of higher education. What began as a classroom blockade at one faculty quickly expanded across more than 20 institutions nationwide, transforming into the country's most significant student movement in decades. This documentary captures the movement from the inside, documenting the energy of early organising, the strain of prolonged resistance, and how political support shifted over the 34-day struggle.
