Story

A 1971 German comedy that follows the lives of several housewives and what they get up to when their husbands are away. The film pieces together their stories through a series of separate scenes, interspersed with street interviews that offer commentary on the situations unfolding. It captures the everyday escapades of these women in a light, comedic style typical of European cinema from that era.
