Story

This documentary follows Emanuel, a man whose identity remains contested between two nations. For eight years, his life has been suspended in limbo as he claims Liberian origins while Norwegian authorities insist he is from Ghana. Caught in this bureaucratic impasse, Emanuel cannot be deported to a country where he has no official registration. The film examines his struggle within this complex legal and personal predicament.
