Where to watch Holidays (2010)

Story

In the late 1960s, artist César Manrique returned to Lanzarote with a vision to transform the island into a holiday destination where art and nature could coexist harmoniously while preserving its unique character. Decades after his passing, the island now draws thousands of visitors seeking sun and beaches. This documentary examines how Lanzarote has navigated the tension between honoring its heritage and embracing modern tourism development.
