Where to watch Gora (2017)

Story

This documentary follows the Gorani community inhabiting the mountainous region of Gora in southern Kosovo. The Gorani are Muslim speakers of a Slavic language whose identity has long been shaped by the competing interests of neighbouring nations. Rather than focusing on political claims, the film captures their daily existence—their work with livestock, cultural practices, music, and spiritual traditions. It presents an intimate portrait of how this mountain community sustains itself amid the vast landscape surrounding them.
