Story
A woman finds herself confined indoors with an egg, caught between fascination and unease. Her relationship with this object becomes a complex exploration of desire, guilt, and consequence. This poetic animated short draws from a genuine moment in the director's life, examining themes of shame, failure, and an unexpected sense of triumph through a surreal lens.
Why watch
- Inventive animation that uses a simple premise to explore deeper emotions
- A brief, focused 11-minute format that delivers meaningful storytelling
- Original English-language short with artistic depth and personal resonance
Good for: Viewers interested in experimental animation and introspective drama; not specifically a family film.
