Story
FBI negotiator John Potter faces a high-stakes hostage situation when escaped convicts kidnap a group of deaf children, their teacher, and a bus driver. Potter believes dialogue is the best approach, but his colleagues and superiors push back, especially after his previous negotiation ended in bloodshed. He calls on Pittsburgh detective Sharon Foster, who once successfully convinced one of the convicts to surrender. After the hostages are freed, Potter prepares to leave—but an unrelated crime pulls him back into an even more dangerous scenario where he becomes the hostage himself.
