Story

This documentary follows an experiment conducted by educator Jane Elliott with a diverse group of professionals in Kansas City, including teachers, police officers, and social workers. Participants with blue eyes are subjected to discriminatory treatment based on pseudo-scientific claims about their abilities, while biased testing and unfair rules are applied. The film documents how quickly these adults respond to systemic prejudice and what happens when discrimination is experienced firsthand.
