Story
A successful lawyer finds himself at the centre of a moral crisis when his actions devastate the life of a village woman, threatening everything he has built. The film traces the emotional and ethical fallout that follows, examining how this transgression affects those closest to him and tests the bonds between them. Set against 1950s India, it's a character-driven exploration of guilt, consequence, and the weight of conscience.
Why watch
