Story

This documentary examines the architectural work of Portuguese designer Eduardo Souto de Moura through a visual exploration of 17 of his buildings and projects. Director Thom Andersen uses innovative filming techniques to capture how these structures interact with their surroundings and change over time. The film situates these designs within broader contexts of history, social transformation, and the natural world, tracing connections between architecture, decay, and renewal.
