Story

During World War II, Nazi forces arrange a football match in spring 1944 to celebrate Adolf Hitler's birthday. The opposing teams consist of imprisoned men and elite Nazi players. The inmates view this sporting event as an opportunity to achieve something meaningful against their captors, driving them to pursue victory regardless of the circumstances they face.
