Story

Tamar receives a calling to enter the ministry, a development that creates internal conflict given her identity as a lesbian in a deeply religious family. Her father is a respected deacon who has instilled traditional values, leading Tamar to suppress her true self for years. When she joins a ministerial training program, she encounters another woman in the class, and unexpected feelings begin to surface, forcing Tamar to confront the tension between her faith, her family expectations, and her authentic self.
